Frequently asked questions

Do I need permission to take down trees in my garden?

Many properties across Scotland lie within Council and/or National Park Conservation Areas, or have trees covered by Tree Preservation Orders. This means that undertaking tree works without permission can lead to large fines.

If this applies to you, our admin team are happy to submit an application on your behalf for permission from the relevant authority, at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer any services not listed on your website?

Our team are highly skilled in many areas of tree surgery and land management, and are always open to discussing how we can help meet your specific needs. If you think there's something that we might be able to help you with, please do drop us an email or give us a phone.

Will you take away all the material?

Yes, upon completion of the work we can remove all brash, woodchip and logs from site. However, if you'd rather, we can leave some/all of the woodchip and logs with you.
